Network Coordinator, Cæcilie Bom Kahama has a research-based and practical approach to HIV/AIDS interventions in developing countries.

The Network Coordinator:

• ensures systematic expereince collecting and inclusion of relevant knowledge and resources from similar national and international network.
• contributes to the capacity building of member organisations through the development of methods, tools and strategies.
• provides consulting services to the thematic groups' activities.
• ensures documentation of the thematic groups' activities and the information and publication hereof internally as well as externally.
• coordinates and supports the Steering Committee's scheduled meetings.
• supports Aidsnet in respect to plannning, implementation and monitoring of activity plans and budget.
• is responsible for the member information, website and newsletters.
• establishes and maintains contacts to relevant Danish and foreign research institutions and network.
• organises needs analysis and relevant training.
